Singapore-Based Exchange To Increase Transportation And Logistics Efficiencies For ASEAN And Indian Regions With Descartes Technology
WATERLOO, ONTARIO, September 26, 2000 — The Descartes Systems Group Inc., (NASDAQ:DSGX), (TSE:DSG), a leading provider of global Internet logistics solutions, announced today that Adroit Innovations Limited (“Adroit”), an Internet solutions consulting company based in Singapore, has selected Descartes’ DeliveryNet solution to build a transportation exchange for the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) and Indian regions. Descartes’ logistics network technology will enable Adroit to provide global supply chain visibility and other value-added transportation and logistics services to participants on the exchange. Adroit has established both a Network and Marketing alliance under the agreement with Descartes.
